The Heart of Home Care Advocacy on Long Island
Since our 1974 inception as a State Association, the Long Island Chapter has evolved into a powerhouse of support for Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Today, we stand as one of the most active HCP branches, bridging the gap between local providers and Albany.
Our members gather monthly, usually on the first Wednesday, to collaborate and stay informed. Notable annual highlights include our September Legislative Breakfast and the November Caregiver of the Year awards, honoring those who define excellence in care.
We lead the way in statewide advocacy and regional readiness. From our annual Spring Advocacy Day in Albany to emergency preparedness initiatives, we ensure the home care sector remains resilient and influential in shaping public policy for our region.
